Bug Description
When I adjust the Balance or Fade slider in Sound Settings, any music that is currently playing becomes corrupted with beeps and clicks until I stop and restart the music. A screencast is attached.
This happens while playing music using Totem, VLC, and Amarok in Ubuntu 12.04 and Ubuntu 12.10.
