[ Debian Janitor ]
* Remove constraints unnecessary since buster:
+ Build-Depends: Drop versioned constraint on tex-common.
* Fix day-of-week for changelog entry 0.2-2.
* Fix "national-encoding" overrides.
* Upstream URI does not exist any more, remove d/watch file.
* Standards Version 4.6.2, no changes needed.
