Bug Description

I reported this years ago for ubuntu in general. The Allegro programming library development package is configured incorrectly. liballegro5-dev still wrongly mutually exclusive with liballegro4-dev. Allegro 4 and Allegro 5 are similar to SDL1.1 and SDL2.0 in that they share the same name, but are not the same "series". Please allow both liballegro5-dev and liballegro4-dev to be installed, as there is software which will never be ported to Allegro 5 from 4.

Issue may exist for all of Debian land, but I just don't know how to get this fixed.
