hide (second) favorites folder that is left over after upgrade from 9.04 to 9.10

Bug Description

Binary package hint: alacarte

after upgrading there are to favorites-folders
opening system -> main menu
click on checkbox of favorites menu entry
crash-message appears
same problem if i click properties when the very same favorites menu entry is selected
this is perfectly working on the other entries
