Bug Description

Binary package hint: alacarte

How to recreate the crash bug in Jaunty 9.04

1. Top bar from desktop right click select "applications" -> edit menu
2. You are now in the menu editor, scroll down in the (right) item list box to the "add/remove.." entry
3. To cause the crash try to drag and drop the "add/remove.." entry to the (left) list box to make a copy to the
system menu. A crash message is now generated.

It is highly likely that this bug is a duplicate of other bugs, but usually with crashes its hard to reproduce the bug.
Fortunately this bug is easily reproducible and over a number of desktops.
