Binary package hint: alacarte

My Application-meny where nowhere to be found. Not by the standard Ubuntu-Gnome panel, not by AWN. So I figured that it might be some kind of bug, so I started the menyeditor to have a look, when Alacarte died and gave me this bug to report.
