This bug is already fixed in the upstream GIT repository: http://git.gnome.org/browse/alacarte/commit/?id=fe7211f2eb4c8bcf7cbddca75bf4e28ee7b98659

This version 3.6.1-0ubuntu1 shouldn't work on GNOME because it doesn't use $XDG_MENU_PREFIX. I guess it can be interesting to set the importance to "High".
