Bug Description

There seems to be an issue with the `ddebs` repo.. While the package akregator-dbgsym:amd64, is certainly in the pool directory[1], it doesn't seem to be included in any `Package` files.

Not only can't I find any `akregator` debug package using `apt-cache`, but also if I run:

```
$ curl -q http://ddebs.ubuntu.com/dists/jammy{,-proposed,-updates}/universe/binary-amd64/Packages | grep -i akregator
```

The command completes with no output.

After further research I'm also realizing my installed version of `akregator` is `4:21.12.3-0ubuntu1`.

The ddebs repo doesn't have that version. It has 17.12.3-0ubuntu1 (for bionic), 4:19.12.3-0ubuntu1 (focal), 21.08.1-0ubuntu1 (impish), and even 4:22.04.2-0ubuntu1 (kinetic). This definitely seems to be something exclusive to jammy.

Comparing https://packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=akregator&searchon=names&suite=all&section=all to http://ddebs.ubuntu.com/pool/universe/a/akregator/.

affects: linux-hwe-5.11 (Ubuntu) → akregator (Ubuntu)
