Problem occurs on Mantic installed from Ubuntu 23.10 "Mantic Minotaur" - Daily amd64 (20230915)
selecting Normal installation (full), does NOT occur on same PC, different partition installed from same ISO but selecting Minimal installation and then installing aisleriot by hand via apt.
Both systems are updated at same level.

sudo apt remove aisleriot --purge and reinstall had no effect

This problem seems to occur because the file dates of the aisleriot and guile-3.0-libs packages are different when the system time is not set properly.

I solved it like this:

1. dpkg-reconfigure tzdata

2. apt reinstall aisleriot

3. sudo apt reinstall guile-3.0-libs

When the error occurred, the date of the file was as follows.

      ls --time-style=full-iso -l /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/guile/3.0/ccache/ice-9/eval.go

      -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 99461 2023-10-16 20:06:20.000000000 +0900 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-
gnu/guile/3.0/ccache/ice-9/eval.go

When running normally.

      ls --time-style=full-iso -l /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/guile/3.0/ccache/ice-9/eval.go
