fails to build with OpenJDK

Binary package hint: airport-utils

airport-utils failed to build in a test rebuild of Jaunty. Here's the log:

I'm not a java expert, and this package is not in main. I don't have time to look into it, I'm afraid.

This needs a proper transition to default-jdk, probably just missing build deps.

Declining this for jaunty since there doesn't seem to be any interest in working on it. If someone fixes this for karmic and wants to SRU, feel free to reopen the jaunty task.

The version probably installed is not the JDK but the JRE.
Try installing the Sun Java JDK with
sudo apt-get install sun-java-jdk6
