Bug Description

This package is stuck in -proposed for the last 191 days.

The aevol autopkgtests crash with a buffer overflow error [1].

A rather simpler series of steps to repro this issue:

1. Build and install aevol v5.0+ds-3
2. cp /usr/share/doc/aevol/examples/* -a .
3. gunzip -r *
4. cd workflow/wild_type
5. aevol_create
6. aevol_run -n 100 -p -1
7. aevol_propagate -o ../line1 <--- this step must crash

Note: Upstream aevol is at version 9. The Debian package seems to not have been updated for the last three years (still pointing to version 5).
