Bug Description
Some pretty standard icons are missing from Adwaita while they exist in Yaru (and used to be there in Ubuntu 23.10). For example:
- the "crop" icon in gnome-scanner.
- the "download remote images" icon in Evolution.
- the "update-manager" and "install proprietary drivers" apps.
- the "install language packs" app is there, but all white.

Maybe the missing icons are supposed to be on the adwaita- icon-theme- full package, but it's not in the repository any more...
