[Impact]
adv-17v35x fails to build with the latest kernel 6.2 in jammy.
[Test case]
$ sudo apt install adv-17v35x-dkms
With the fix applied:
- release kernel 5.15:
Building for 5.15.0-77-generic

EFI variables are not supported on this system

adv17v35x.ko:

Accepted adv-17v35x into jammy-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https:/ /launchpad. net/ubuntu/ +source/ adv-17v35x/ 5.0.6.0- 1ubuntu1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
