Some videos won't play. All I get is a blank black screen.

I have had this problem with several videos. The links take me to the video's, but there is nothing but a blank black screen, and no way to play to video.

What format are the videos you are trying to play? Can you please tell us what websites this occurs on? Do the videos play if you download them and try and open them with Totem?

I apologize, I don't know the format of the videos. It has happened several times and I just let it go, but one was a video posted by one of my instructors. Here is the link:

Ok, I can confirm I get the same problem on that page - but I believe it to be more likely a problem with Flash than a problem with Firefox, so I shall mark it as such.
