Is this a clean Kubuntu install? You appear to have PulseAudio running, in which case you probably need the Qt bits updated from Maverick. Can you confirm that even direct ALSA output is inaudible? E.g.,

speaker-test -c2 -l1 -twav -Dplug:front

Changed in alsa-driver (Ubuntu):
status: New → Incomplete

Executing the above command gives lots of "Błąd otwarcia odtwarzania: -16,Device or resource busy" errors.

What if you try this instead?

pasuspender -- speaker-test -c2 -l1 -twav -Dplug:front

Can you confirm that pulseaudio is acting awry *only* when Adobe Flash is used? Please use https://wiki.ubuntu.com/PulseAudio/Log

affects: alsa-driver (Ubuntu) → adobe-flashplugin (Ubuntu)
Changed in adobe-flashplugin (Ubuntu):

Yes, I was listening to music using Amarok, playing a movie using vlc and playing some youtube movie in Firefox. From the above only Firefox didn't produce any sound. I'll attach the log file.

Please install pavucontrol, and use it to see what sink is being used for the Flash plugin.
