Adept does not search

Bug Description
Binary package hint: adept-manager
When I try to search for 'rar' or 'iso' it does nothing. It simply ignores all attempts to search. It may be that it looks for the length of string to be more that some number, but I would find it hard to believe. How would you make rar longer? raarrr? I doubt it makes any sense.
KDE 4.1.2, Ubuntu 8.10 64 bit
