do not offer upgrade to intrepid automatically

Binary package hint: adept

Kubuntu team has decided we do not want to offer upgrade to intrepid automatically since the change to KDE 4 should be done only for users who know they want it. Instead adept should offer to upgrade automatically for jaunty+1 and offer upgrade to intrepid only when started with the --dist-upgrade switch.

Here's a patch to do that.

FAILED: adept (The source adept - 2.1.3ubuntu26 is already accepted in ubuntu/intrepid and you cannot upload the same version within the same distribution. You have to modify the source version and re-upload.)

I can confirm that adept as shipped in 8.04, adept 2.1.3ubuntu25, offers upgrading to intrepid and that the version in hardy-proposed, adept 2.1.3ubuntu25.1, does not (based on the fake changelog server Jonathan pointed me at). I also was able to perform updates, install additional software, and received notifications that I needed to reboot based on the updates I installed.

I should note also that the version in hardy-proposed offered a version upgrade when the --dist-upgrade option was passed to adept-manager.
