[Intrepid]Adept crashes when it trying to load

Binary package hint: adept

Version: Kubuntu 8.10 - adept* 2.1.3ubuntu26

Symptom: If I run adept_* it tries to load but after few seconds crashed.

The output Konsole is:
$ adept_manager
kapture::PkgSystem::PkgSystem()
KCrash: Application 'adept_manager' crashing...
KCrash cannot reach kdeinit, launching directly.

I can confirm this problem. It seems to be related to permissions. I receive the following message when running adept-manager as well as the above mentioned output

Error: "/var/tmp/kdecache-rick" is owned by uid 1000 instead of uid 0.

I can confirm this problem i should use apt-get at the moment

Enviroment: 8.10 Alpha 3 (wiht Updates)

Mine is also Intrepid Alpha 3 and all updates in, but Adept crashes when launched. I'm not sure if this is a related bug, but the system tray plasmoid also fails to show any icons; it still resizes as icons seem to fill it, but none display.

Yeah, the crash is because of the lack of a konsole kpart.
Adept 3.0 is in development and will be replacing Adept 2.0.x in Intrepid.
