Updater gets stuck after a fresh install

Bug Description

After installing Kubuntu Hardy KDE4 today i got a message that there were updates available. I agreed to update and the updater get stuck at the ssl-cert package. It eventually continued when I clicked Details and pressed return on the details console. I just tried this by chance - there were no advices whatsoever what to do at this point.

Shouldn't be an issue with Adept 3.0 in Intrepid.
