adept notifier still notifies kubuntu users of apport crashes

Binary package hint: adept-notifier

Adept notifier is still notifying kde users of apport crashes and these bug reports are still appearing in Launchpad. A possible example is bug 113051 or bug 112963. This should also be disabled for Feisty Fawn.

I installed adept and adept-notifier version 2.1.2ubuntu26.1 and killed a program with SIGSEGV. I received a crash report in /var/crash but was not notified of the crash report and was not presented with a request to upload it. This is the desired behavior.
