After running 'Fetch Updates' in Adept PM it offeres a 'Version Upgrade'. When I click 'Next' I get this error:
Could not download release notes. Please check that your internet connection is active.
And I do have an active 'net connection or I couldn't run 'Fetch Updates' [CD-ROM is disabled in sources.list]

After running 'Fetch Updates' in Adept Package Manager it offers a 'Version Upgrade'. When I click 'Next' THERE IS this error:
"Could not download the release announcement. Please check that your Internet connection is active."
And there is an active 'net connection or else 'Fetch Updates' wouldn't run [CD-ROM repository is disabled in sources.list].
Bug reported in Feisty Beta and Herd 4 or 5. |

update-manager-kde handles relaese-announcement fetching for intrepid -> intrepid +1 upgrades. As it is all-new code, it shouldn't have this issue. |
