adept does not display utf-8 text correctly

Adept does not render utf-8 non-ascii symbols in package descriptions as it should.

I can't confirm because it's too hard for me to change the default language to german.

You should not need to change your full install, just install the necessary locale and change the menu entry to german locale.
Or start the program from a root shell:

 # export DISPLAY=:0
 # xauth -f ~/mvo/.Xauthority extract - $DISPLAY | xauth merge -
 # LANG=de_DE.utf-8 adept_installer

I can confirm this problem with kde in french, the problem also occur with adept_manager when you click on "Detail" on a package, but if you just click on the name of the package the text is displayed correctly, see attached screenshot.

I played a bit with adept and ended up with this patch, it should fix the adept manager issue; I'll try to make another one to fix the adept installer issue later.

Here is the final diff for adept-2.1.3ubuntu17, I'll post a .deb package soon but I've just found another bug: the short descriptions in adept installer are not translated.
