The error in the log is:

Ajout du nouvel utilisateur « statd » (identifiant : 116) avec le groupe « nogroup »...
useradd : impossible de verrouiller /etc/passwd ; veuillez réessayer plus tard.
adduser : « /usr/sbin/useradd -d /var/lib/nfs -g nogroup -s /bin/false -u 116 statd » a renvoyé le code d'erreur 1.
Abandon.
dpkg : erreur de traitement de nfs-common (--configure) :
 le sous-processus script post-installation installé a retourné une erreur de sortie d'état 1

This is very similar to bug 432964. Check that there's a file called /etc/gshadow.lock, and possibly /etc/shadow.lock, /etc/passwd.lock too; if that's the case, remove them (no risk), and retry. The problem might come from a crash while using the guest session: do you remember such a situation?

Yes, that worked perfectly for me :)

(Files /etc/shadow.lock and /etc/passwd.lock were present, so I removed them and ran "sudo apt-get upgrade")
