UI issue in contacts settings

Steps:
1.Open contacts app
2.Tap settings icon on the top right corner , check those options' color
3.Tap one option

Expectation:
The icon and colors will look coordinated

Actual result:
1. "Add Google account/Import from SIM" are in grey but can be opened
2.The arrow icon is too close to the right edge of the box
3.The highlighted orange color is ugly
