Bug Description
Test case.
- Switch the phone to Spanish.
- Open dialer app.
- Tap in Contacts button in the top menu.
Expected result.
- Create New, Import contacts from Google, etc, are translated to Spanish.
Actual result.
- Strings appear in English.

The issue is that the address-book-app widgets are imported by e.g the dialer, which result in trying to load the string from the wrong domain, the code needs to use i18n.dtr()

those strings are correctly translated in french with the current rtm, not sure if that regressed or is spanish translations lacking
