0 second and 0 seconds are the plural options for this string, why? 0 is referenced always the same and it has a definitive singularity form for each and every language, looks like an honest mistake.

I think the right question in this case would be: is this code still used up to this day?
I think the activity manager replaces most of what this tool did anyway so I'm not sure it even requires fixing.
The last commit to this project was in 2017.
