[gutsy] acroread fails to start, with GTK error

Bug Description

Binary package hint: acroread

 acroread fails to start after some recent upgrades. It just gives the following error:

(acroread:1798): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_rc_get_style: assertion `GTK_IS_WIDGET (widget)' failed

I have same issue, and its tied to the upgrade to 2.11.6-1ubuntu3 as 2.11.5-1ubuntu1 works fine (so I think its a bug in gtk, not acroread).

   * debian/patches/091_workaround_no_gtk_init_incorrect_display.patch:
     - workaround incorrect display issue for applications using gtk without
       calling gtk_init correctly
