save as yields "permission denied"

Bug Description
When I open a PDF document directly from browser (open with ...) it is saved in /tmp.
After reading I may decide to store it elsewhere.
In Acrobat Reader I go to File -> Sace Copy as ...
Then the program says: "you don't have permission to save this file".
This applies even for my home directory.
