acpid init script lacks the 'status' action

Bug Description

Binary package hint: acpid

acpid init script lacks the 'status' action. It would be useful to be able to determine if the status daemon is running or not by querying:
 * /etc/init.d/acpid status

A concerted effort is being made to add status actions to many Ubuntu services' init scripts:

You have bumped the Standards-Version to 3.8.0....

Are you sure that this package is compliant with 3.8.0?
