Bug Description

I have upgraded my Ubuntu from 11.10 to 12.04. Previously the fan was on full at start up and then slowed right down after booting up.

Since upgrading the fan is on full speed all the time and loud. I have an HP xw4400 Workstation.

Can you help?

Thank you.
