screen birgtness / mouse control keys

Weird situation. In general I have issues wiht screen birghtnes Fn control keys, sometimes they are resposive. Sometimes they are not. Usualy it changes after each reboot. But since last week I realised that the key controls for screen brightness does not work if they work the mouse control works and the other way around.
