Bug Description

Binary package hint: acpi-support

If I close lid of my Laptop (Dell Inspiron 8200 with Geforce 440 Go) in KDE I always have to completly relogin after open it again. If I shutdown acpi-support with /etc/init.d/acpi-support stop only the screensaver is started but I am still loged in which is no problem. The lid close option in Power Manager is disabled and wouldn't work because of the logout bug.

The bug seems to be fixed at least in Ubuntu Feisty. Since it seems to have something to do with acpi-support it should be fixed in Kubuntu too. I am going to check it if Kubuntu Feisty Final is released.
