The error in the log is:

This is a failure in the acpi-support prerm call to '/etc/acpi/power.sh'. If you run 'sudo /etc/acpi/power.sh' from the commandline, does this fail with the same error?

Sorry I cant run it. My entire Ubuntu crashed after restart take a look at https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/569613
