There is only one:
AT keyboard: input/event5

This is me pressing F7, Fn+F7, F8, Fn+F8, F9, Fn+F9:

Press ESC to finish
scan code: 0x41 key code: f7
scan code: 0x42 key code: f8
scan code: 0x43 key code: f9

It seems those keypresses disappear somewhere.
