e100 rt kernel not restoring after suspend

Bug Description

e100 module when using the rt kernel fails to work after suspend. you can unload then load the module and it works.

I can verify this issue on hardy 2.6.24-18-generic on x86 with a Thinkpad R50. Attached is possibly relevant output from dmesg.
