Bug Description

Binary package hint: acpi-support

On up-to-date hardy amd64 the network doesnt restore after resume on on Toshiba A205-S4797 Notebook.
Everything works fine after resume, except that nm-applet shows only a "manual configuration" option. Disabling and reenabling network on nm-applet doesnt work. /etc/init.d/networking restart fails too. Turning the wireless network switch off and on again physically on the notebook doesn't work either.
This used to work fine on gutsy.

Thank you for your bug report.
I'm quite sure it's caused by bug 183968 (and 162654 maybe).
I'm marking it as duplicate.
