Bug Description
System:
Xubuntu 15.10 64bit
Asus X102BA
Linux 4.2.0-34-generic #39-Ubuntu SMP Thu Mar 10 22:13:01 UTC 2016 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
The touchpad toggle hotkey fn+F9 does get picked up
xev output:
keycode 199 = (keysym 0x1008ffa9, XF86TouchpadTog
keycode 199 = (keysym 0x1008ffa9, XF86TouchpadTog
acpi_listen output:
PNP0C14:00 000000ff 00000000
but there's no actual script that enables/disables the touchpad, though, on Ubuntu 15.10 it does.

Workaround for now:
Since the hotkey gets detected, it is possible to bind it to a command in Xubuntu.
Download the script below, copy it to /home/<user> directory, open up Keyboard> Application Shortcuts Tab, then add the script and pressing fn + F9 when prompted for a hotkey.
