asus-wireless not working on my asus laptop

Bug Description

The asus-wireless event is not catching anything on my laptop (ASUS M6NE).
However, with this event:
event=hotkey ATKD .*
action=/tmp/test.sh %e

I can see the following when I press the wireless button:
hotkey ATKD 0000005d 0000001c

Please also note that I have a led here for the wireless interface. You can
activate it with:
echo 1 > /proc/acpi/asus/wled
