Changing this to toggleAllWirele ssStates allows my laptop to power off. As standard the PC will hibernate but fail to power off, requiring a physical powerdown by the powerbutton. This did not effect or corrupt the resume as long as I waited a few seconds after the text screen output from hibernate stopped scrolling.
