In the first line of 'games/spider.c', it says that the filename is 'freecell.c' for which this license applies to.

Thanks for this! I sent this patch to Debian. It is not worth introducing a delta to Debian for this minor matter, we'll just get the fix through Debian in the future. So I won't upload this directly.
