I had to switch to kdm due to this problem on FC14 where gdm intermittently
forgot the session type. Under FC15 gdm seems to always use gnome by
default regardless of previous use. Can't see any selinux denies related
to this.

Switching to kdm on FC15 pays again; it just works.

I agree with Elliot; the setting must come from the user's home directory
not some local area elsewhere, otherwise our call center staff will go nuts
when they login on a different PC.
