Ok I will cook an other custom image and try to reproduce.

Concerning this log line:

Please note that during our first investigation with @slyon, we added this

  <limit name="auth_timeout">90000</limit>
</busconfig>

in /etc/dbus-1/system-local.conf and this particular error disappeared. However the original issue ("Unexpected error response from GetNameOwner()" and slow critical-chain) was still there.
