Thanks Anders - I've instead copied the packaging for this stuff from Debian, so that we can further reduce the delta. It doesn't seem to cause any problems on my Upstart system, and I've checked that the file is installed. I'm not running systemd so I didn't check if it works there; please reopen if it doesn't.
