Opening Twitter from the messages indicator opens Browser, not Twitter app

Bug Description
When I receive a notification about a mention reply to me in Twitter, the Browser is opened to the twitter web site, rather than the Twitter app, when I tap on the icon in the notification to open the app and reply. I would expect the Twitter app to open, as it is installed.
