When I try to add a Google account, the site return an error

Bug Description

When I try to add a Google account, an error page opens and write the following message:

Error: invalid_request

Invalid response_type:
code%26access_type%3Doffline%26approval_prompt%3Dforce.

I can confirm the the bug has been fixed.
But adding a Google account to OA does open a couple of blank pages in the browser.
