Please sync accerciser 1.0.1-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The delta arises from the fact that Ubuntu packaged two releases before Debian. They did not modify the package, but did mention some upstream changes in the changelog. The only other diff is the .pot file.
