We passed the feature freeze and this package contains an upstream release and several changes that are not obviously bug fixes. Please either explain why this is only a bug-fix or extend this request to a FFe (see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FreezeExceptionProcess). Unsubscribing ~ubuntu-sponsors for now.

The change by Fenghua that adds the "config-user-default" command is necessary for users to get started with the tool with a default configuration. Without it, new users face a huge learning curve understanding the configurations, which diminishes the usability of the tool. The other changes are fixes for issues reported by users and those discovered during testing.
