Bug Description

[Impact]
========
It is nearly impossible for Abiword users to change or set a document's language.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================
1. Launch abiword
2. Right-click on empty space in the document itself
3. Click Set Language

EXPECTED RESULTS
================
I should be able to change the language in that menu.

ACTUAL RESULTS
==============
There is a graphical error (window is cut off) that makes it so you cannot set the language.
There is a screenshot of this graphical issue : http://pix.toile-libre.org/upload/original/1439527801.png

AFFECTS
=======
 * Abiword version 3.0.1 and on
 * 15.10 Wily Werewolf Alpha and on
 * i386 AND amd64

[Regression Potential]
======================
Very low. This has been fixed upstream in the 3.0 stable svn branch.
The very minimal 2-line patch has been applied in Debian testing and Ubuntu 16.10 (development).

Patch for sponsorship will be attached to bug 1432271.

I re-installed abiword (version 3.0.0-4ubuntu1.1) in Lubuntu 14.04 LTS but this bug does not occur there.
So either the update in abiword to 3.0.1-4 or the update in openbox (3.5.2-6 to 3.6.1-1) may have caused this bug.

I had a look at Manjaro LXDE 16.03 released a few days ago. This is using Openbox 3.6.1. and Abiword 3.0.1 so the same as for Lubuntu Xenial. This bug was not present in the live session. Checking the version of Abiword in Manjaro LXDE there was no error message, but for L. Xenial the attached error was shown. So maybe this bug is not an Openbox nor Abiword issue.

I'm pushing a possible fix in https://launchpad.net/~lubuntu-dev/+archive/ubuntu/staging (abiword_3.0.1-6ubuntu1~ppa1). Let me know if it's better with this version (it will be available in a few minutes, time to build it).

Yes, I think it works :-)
