Bug Description

Hi,

I want so write documents (new!) and saving them in .odt for people with OpenOffice (Windows).

After saving, I open the document again with Abiword and get the info message "Beim Importieren sind einige Fehler aufgetreten" (Und ob!). The document contains only the first row (title) or a lonely page break.

This BUG is not important, I can save in .doc or in .txt using leafpad or try with LibreOffice.

Hi Christopher,

here you are ...

Meanwhile I open the file with LibreOffice and get "Lesefehler in Teildokument content.xml ... entdeckt". Can you tell me, where I find this part of document?

Heike Harnack, when attempting to open the document in LibreOffice I get:
Read-Error.
Format error discovered in the file in sub-document content.xml at 41,129(row,col).

Could you please advise what program originally created it, and click-for-click steps on creating it?

Dear Christopher,

With the file in appendix I did following:
Abiword create a new document;
saving in .odt;
open it again.

There's no (copying things from) Internet!

Heike Harnack, so far I'm not able to start AbiWord with new document, save, close, and re-open and cause the errors you noted. Would you happen to do something else besides making a new blank document to cause this?

Hi Christopher,

after install my (L)Ubuntu, my Abiword worked not correct. In the software center I got a new
abiword and install this new. Then this new Abiword crashed and in the Crash message I found packages (lib...) and apt-get install each package in this message. You may received this chrash messages?

I installed other things and dont know so much about Ubuntu and what was wrong.
