Bug Description
Binary package hint: abcde
On an up-to-date Karmic, running abcde 2.3.99.7-1ubuntu1, when killing abcde with CTRL+C or encountering #435898, it doesn't let me eject the media in /dev/cd0, although eject 2.1.5+deb1+
$ sudo eject -v
eject: using default device `cdrom'
eject: device name is `cdrom'
eject: expanded name is `/dev/cdrom'
eject: `/dev/cdrom' is a link to `/dev/sr0'
eject: `/dev/sr0' is not mounted
eject: `/dev/sr0' is not a mount point
eject: `/dev/sr0' is not a multipartition device
eject: trying to eject `/dev/sr0' using CD-ROM eject command
eject: CD-ROM eject command failed
eject: trying to eject `/dev/sr0' using SCSI commands
eject: SCSI eject succeeded
The only way to regain control over my drive I found this far is a reboot.
